My work at MBulak has evolved from backend development to leading an engineering team. Each role has added a new perspective on how reliable financial software is planned, built and maintained.

Engineering foundations

Working with SQL procedures, Python integrations and financial services taught me to consider data accuracy, system performance and maintainability together.

Leading the team

As a Team Lead, I combine technical decisions with delivery planning and support for engineers. Code reviews, clear priorities and constructive feedback are central to this work.

What I have learned

Good engineering depends on communication as well as code. Discussing requirements early and making technical decisions explicit helps the team solve problems and deliver with confidence.
